Functions,Powers and Duties of Titles
and Special Offices:


1. Grand Wizards (Founders)

a. Shall be the Chief Executive Officers of the clan.
b. He shall preside in all meetings of the members and the Guardians.
c. He shall execute all the resolutions of the Guardians.
d. He shall be charged with directing and overseeing the activities of the clan.
e. He shall submit to the Guardians and to the members on each monthly meeting a complete
report of activities and operations of the clan for the month.
f. He is entitled to appoint a member on any position or office once in every 3 months.


2. Guardian Wizards (Co-Founders)

a. Shall exercise all powers and perform all duties of the Grand Wizard during the absence
or incapaciy of the latter.
b. Shall perform duties that maybe assigned by the Grand Wizards.
c. Is entitled to appoint a member on any position or office except of a Grand Wizard and Guardian Wizard
once in every 3 months.


3. Guardian
a. Shall be the highest title a member can acquire through the
contest points ranking system.
b. Shall have the duty to administer trainings of members.
c. Shall be responsible for the harmonious relationship among members.


4. Necromancer
a. Shall have the duty to lead a team with a maximum of five (5)
members excluding him/herself consisting of Mages and Grand Mages
to win contests.
b. Has the duty to share his skills and knowledge and help co-members
to win contests.


5. Wizard
a. Has the duty to train a Mage/s of his/her choice or to be assigned by the
Wizards/Guardian Wizards
b. Has the duty to share his skills and knowledge and help co-members
to win contests.


6. Mage and Grand Mage
a. Has the duty to share his skills and knowledge and help co-members
to win contests.


7. Auxilliary
The Auxilliary shall give all notices required by these by-laws and keep the minutes
of all meetings of the members and of the Guardians in a record for the purpose.
